He is the reflection of God’s glory and the perfect expression of his very being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. And this is the testimony: God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. | And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. |
The wealth of a rich man is his stronghold; he regards it as a high wall that cannot be scaled. | A rich person’s wealth is his strong city, And like a high wall in his own imagination. |
