Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from anything that can defile flesh or spirit, and thereby make our holiness perfect in the fear of God. | Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. |

A highway will be there that will be called the Way of Holiness. It is rash to pledge a sacred gift, or to make a vow and then have second thoughts. | It is a trap for a person to say carelessly, “It is holy!” And after the vows to make inquiry. |

No one after lighting a lamp covers it with a pot or places it under a bed.
