It is a snare to a man to make a rash dedication, then later to consider his vows. Proverbs 20:25	Don’t trap yourself by making a rash promise to God and only later counting the cost. holiness righteousness
Now when all the people were baptized, Jesus also had been baptized and was praying. The sky was opened, and the Holy Spirit descended in a bodily form like a dove on him; and a voice came out of the sky, saying “You are my beloved Son. A highway will be there, a road, and it will be called “The Holy Way”. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it will be for those who walk in the Way. Wicked fools shall not go there. Isaiah 35:8	And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there. holiness
“I will sanctify my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am Yahweh,” says the Lord Yahweh, “when I am proven holy in you before their eyes.” Ezekiel 36:23	I will show how holy my great name is—the name on which you brought shame among the nations. In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. Romans 8:26	And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. speaking Spirit prayer
Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints. But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh. Galatians 5:16	So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. sin Spirit desires
For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5	God’s will is for you to be holy, so stay away from all sexual sin. I will make them and the places around my hill a blessing. I will cause the shower to come down in its season. There will be showers of blessing. But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints. Ephesians 5:3	Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people. sin greed holiness
For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. Romans 8:5	Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. life body Spirit

He therefore who supplies the Spirit to you and does miracles among you, does he do it by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith?

I ask you again, does God give you the Holy Spirit and work miracles among you because you obey the law? Of course not! It is because you believe the message you heard about Christ.
