So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever. 2 Corinthians 4:18	While we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? When you see the tassels, you will remember and obey all the commands of the Lord instead of following your own desires and defiling yourselves, as you are prone to do. Numbers 15:39	It shall be to you for a fringe, that you may see it, and remember all Yahweh’s commandments, and do them; and that you don’t follow your own heart and your own eyes, after which you used to play the prostitute. law obedience desires
And when you fast, don’t make it obvious, as the hypocrites do, for they try to look miserable and disheveled so people will admire them for their fasting. I tell you the truth, that is the only reward they will ever get. Matthew 6:16	Moreover when you fast, don’t be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. Look at the proud! They trust in themselves, and their lives are crooked. But the righteous will live by their faithfulness to God. Habakkuk 2:4	Behold, his soul is puffed up. It is not upright in him, but the righteous will live by his faith. righteousness life reliability
Look! He comes with the clouds of heaven. And everyone will see him— even those who pierced him. And all the nations of the world will mourn for him. Yes! Amen! Revelation 1:7	Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, including those who pierced him. All the tribes of the earth will mourn over him. Even so, Amen. Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked so hard to achieve. Be diligent so that you receive your full reward. 2 John 1:8	Watch yourselves, that we don’t lose the things which we have accomplished, but that we receive a full reward. reward self-control work
And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own? Matthew 7:3	Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? sin judgment

But if we look forward to something we don’t yet have, we must wait patiently and confidently. Romans 8:25	But if we hope for that which we don’t see, we wait for it with patience. trust hope patience
All right then, the Lord himself will give you the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel (which means ‘God is with us’). But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don’t forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it. James 1:25	But he who looks into the perfect law of freedom and continues, not being a hearer who forgets but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in what he does. law blessing listening
Search for the Lord and for his strength; continually seek him. Psalm 105:4	Seek Yahweh and his strength. Seek his face forever more. God seeking nearness

Those who feel free to eat anything must not look down on those who don’t. And those who don’t eat certain foods must not condemn those who do, for God has accepted them. God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection. Psalm 18:30	As for God, his way is perfect. Yahweh’s word is tried. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him. blameless Word of God protection
