In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.
Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant. It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not keep an account of a wrong suffered.Love is patient and is kind. Love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil.
By this the love of God was revealed in us, that God has sent His only Son into the world so that we may live through Him.By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his only born Son into the world that we might live through him.
And He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.But you, man of God, flee these things, and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, God’s love, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His faithfulness to a thousand generations for those who love Him and keep His commandments.Know therefore that Yahweh your God himself is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness to a thousand generations with those who love him and keep his commandments.

Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor.In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate to one another; in honor prefer one another.
But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.

And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.And hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
But whoever has worldly goods and sees his brother or sister in need, and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God remain in him?But whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, then closes his heart of compassion against him, how does God’s love remain in him?
For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we are to love one another.For this is the message which you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
In addition to all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection.
And to love Him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is much more than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices.And to love him with all the heart, with all the understanding, all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as himself, is more important than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”He answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”
For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, by having served and by still serving the saints.For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them.

He has told you, mortal one, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God?He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?
