Bible Verses about 'Plan'

Indeed, the Sovereign Lord never does anything until he reveals his plans to his servants the prophets.Certainly the Lord God does nothing Unless He reveals His secret plan To His servants the prophets.
We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps. The mind of a person plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps.
Deceit fills hearts that are plotting evil; joy fills hearts that are planning peace!Deceit is in the heart of those who devise evil, But counselors of peace have joy.
May he grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed.May He grant you your heart’s desire And fulfill your whole plan!
I want them to be encouraged and knit together by strong ties of love. I want them to have complete confidence that they understand God’s mysterious plan, which is Christ himself. That their hearts may be encouraged, having been knit together in love, and that they would attain to all the wealth that comes from the full assurance of understanding, resulting in a true knowledge of God’s mystery, that is, Christ Himself.
For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time—to show us his grace through Christ Jesus.Who saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was granted to us in Christ Jesus from all eternity.
Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. Now I say this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows generously will also reap generously.
The Lord will work out his plans for my life— for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever. Don’t abandon me, for you made me.The Lord will accomplish what concerns me; Your faithfulness, Lord, is everlasting; Do not abandon the works of Your hands.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.’
Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.Commit your works to the Lord, And your plans will be established.
You can make many plans, but the Lord’s purpose will prevail. Many plans are in a person’s heart, But the advice of the Lord will stand.
A troublemaker plants seeds of strife; gossip separates the best of friends.A perverse person spreads strife, And a slanderer separates close friends.
Plans go wrong for lack of advice; many advisers bring success.Without consultation, plans are frustrated, But with many counselors they succeed.
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.
And those who are peacemakers will plant seeds of peace and reap a harvest of righteousness. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

The Lord of Heaven’s Armies is a wonderful teacher, and he gives the farmer great wisdom. This also comes from the Lord of armies, Who has made His counsel wonderful and His wisdom great.
So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls. Therefore, ridding yourselves of all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the word implanted, which is able to save your souls.
O Lord, I will honor and praise your name, for you are my God. You do such wonderful things! You planned them long ago, and now you have accomplished them.Lord, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will give thanks to Your name; For You have worked wonders, Plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness.

Let my teaching fall on you like rain; let my speech settle like dew. Let my words fall like rain on tender grass, like gentle showers on young plants.May my teaching drip as the rain, My speech trickle as the dew, As droplets on the fresh grass, And as the showers on the vegetation.
Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, without the possibility that mankind will find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.
Look at the ravens. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for God feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than any birds!Consider the ravens, that they neither sow nor reap; they have no storeroom nor barn, and yet God feeds them; how much more valuable you are than the birds!
Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are?Look at the birds of the sky, that they do not sow, nor reap, nor gather crops into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more important than they?

If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. If I have the gift of prophecy and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
