A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones.
Yahweh makes poor and makes rich. He brings low, he also lifts up.The Lord makes poor and makes rich; He brings low and lifts up.
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

But you, Yahweh, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head.
Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down. Yahweh loves the righteous.The Lord opens the eyes of the blind; The Lord raises those who are bowed down; The Lord loves the righteous.
For you will light my lamp, Yahweh. My God will light up my darkness.For You will light my lamp; The Lord my God will enlighten my darkness.
But speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ.But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ.
He called the multitude to himself with his disciples and said to them, “Whoever wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.”

Behold, his soul is puffed up. It is not upright in him, but the righteous will live by his faith.Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.

Walk in love, even as Christ also loved us and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
While they were looking steadfastly into the sky as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white clothing, who also said, “You men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who was received up from you into the sky, will come back in the same way as you saw him going into the sky.”And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”
Yahweh said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain, and stay here, and I will give you the stone tablets with the law and the commands that I have written, that you may teach them.”Then the Lord said to Moses, “Come up to Me on the mountain and be there; and I will give you tablets of stone, and the law and commandments which I have written, that you may teach them.”

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you.Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.
