Guide me in your truth and instruct me, for you are God, my Savior, and in you I hope all the day long.Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long.

O Lord, you have examined me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I stand; you perceive my thoughts from a distance.O Lord, you have searched me and known me! You know when I sit down and when I rise up; you discern my thoughts from afar.
At dawn let me experience your kindness, for in you I place my trust. Show me the path I must walk, for to you I lift up my soul.Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.

I was eager to respond to those who did not consult me. I was anxious to be approached by those who did not seek me. I said, “Here I am! Here I am!” to a nation that did not summon me.I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for me; I was ready to be found by those who did not seek me. I said, “Here I am, here I am,” to a nation that was not called by my name.
