| For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God’s grace. | You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace. |
| I never shrank back from telling you what you needed to hear, either publicly or in your homes. | How I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house. |
| If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. | And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. |
| If you love me, obey my commandments. | If you love Me, keep My commandments. |
| But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go away, then I will send him to you. | Nevertheless I tell you the truth. | But when you are arrested and stand trial, don’t worry in advance about what to say. Just say what God tells you at that time, for it is not you who will be speaking, but the Holy Spirit. | But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit. |
| I said to the Lord, “You are my Master! Every good thing I have comes from you.” | O my soul, you have said to the Lord, “You are my Lord, My goodness is nothing apart from You.” |
| You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! | You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. |
| And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations. | I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. |
| Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you. | And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed. |

| The Lord your God will bless you as he has promised. You will lend money to many nations but will never need to borrow. | Do not add to or subtract from these commands I am giving you. Just obey the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you. | You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you. |

| Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body. | Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. |
| I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid. | Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. |
| O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water. | O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water. |
