| But make sure your statement is, ‘Yes, yes’ or ‘No, no’; anything beyond these is of evil origin. | Just say a simple, ‘Yes, I will,’ or ‘No, I won’t.’ Anything beyond this is from the evil one. |

And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability. |
| I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders. | I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. |
| The words of a gossiper are like dainty morsels, And they go down into the innermost parts of the body. | Rumors are dainty morsels that sink deep into one’s heart. |
| And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness. | After this prayer, the meeting place shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. Then they preached the word of God with boldness. |
| You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. | You have already been pruned and purified by the message I have given you. |
