| Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. | Ma appunto per questo ho ottenuto misericordia, perché Gesù Cristo ha voluto dimostrare in me, per primo, tutta la sua magnanimità, a esempio di quanti avrebbero creduto in lui per avere la vita eterna. |
| Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. | Al Re dei secoli incorruttibile, invisibile e unico Dio, onore e gloria nei secoli dei secoli. Amen. |
