Chinese (traditional)
A man of many companions may come to ruin,
but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin,
but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly:
and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.A man who has friends must himself be friendly,
But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. There are “friends” who destroy each other,
but a real friend sticks closer than a brother. Some friends play at friendship
but a true friend sticks closer than one's nearest kin. A man of many companions may be ruined,
but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. A person of too many friends comes to ruin,
But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. Some friends can lead us to ruin,
but a true friend is closer than a brother. Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.Next verse! With image
