- For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead.

who are you that you are afraid of man who dies,
of the son of man who is made like grass. - And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
- How can a young man keep his way pure?
By guarding it according to your word. - The Lord is on my side; I will not fear.
What can man do to me? - Iron sharpens iron,
and one man sharpens another. - Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good!
Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him! - When a man is newly married, he shall not go out with the army or be liable for any other public duty. He shall be free at home one year to be happy with his wife whom he has taken.

but its end is the way to death. - Before destruction a man's heart is haughty,
but humility comes before honor. - So, if they say to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
- The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
- To make an apt answer is a joy to a man,
and a word in season, how good it is! - It is better to take refuge in the Lord
than to trust in man.
