- You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.
- The Lord is with you while you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.
- Seek the Lord and his strength;
seek his presence continually! - O God, you are my God;
earnestly I seek you;
my soul thirsts for you;
my flesh faints for you,
as in a dry and weary land
where there is no water. - Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
- Delight yourself in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart. - And those who know your name put their trust in you,
for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you. - I sought the Lord, and he answered me
and delivered me from all my fears. - Seek the Lord while he may be found;
call upon him while he is near. - I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for me;
I was ready to be found by those who did not seek me.
I said, “Here I am, here I am,”
to a nation that was not called by my name. - Seek the Lord and his strength;
seek his presence continually! - For thus says the Lord to the house of Israel: “Seek me and live.”
- O Lord, you have searched me and known me!
You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
you discern my thoughts from afar. - For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
- The young lions suffer want and hunger;
but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. - Blessed are those who keep his testimonies,
who seek him with their whole heart. - Seek good, and not evil,
that you may live;
and so the Lord, the God of hosts, will be with you,
as you have said. - And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
- He who finds a wife finds a good thing
and obtains favor from the Lord. - Know that wisdom is such to your soul;
if you find it, there will be a future,
and your hope will not be cut off. - Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.
- And I shall walk in a wide place,
for I have sought your precepts. - My soul thirsts for God,
for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God? - And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
- Seek the Lord, all you humble of the land,
who do his just commands;
seek righteousness; seek humility;
perhaps you may be hidden
on the day of the anger of the Lord.
Wake up from your drunken stupor, as is right, and do not go on sinning. For some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame. For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.Next verse!With image
