Acts 12 - NCB & NKJV

While Peter was thus imprisoned, the Church prayed fervently to God for him.

Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the church.

Bible verse of the day

Paul said, “John baptized with the baptism of repentance, telling the people to believe in the one who was to come after him, that is, Jesus.”

So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of itself. Each day has enough troubles of its own.
