But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.
For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness. I will remember their sins and lawless deeds no more. And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins.

“Come now, and let’s reason together,” says Yahweh: “Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”“Come now, let’s settle this,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool.”

He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, “All of you drink it, for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins.”And he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. He gave it to them and said, “Each of you drink from it, for this is my blood, which confirms the covenant between God and his people. It is poured out as a sacrifice to forgive the sins of many.”
According to the law, nearly everything is cleansed with blood, and apart from shedding of blood there is no remission. In fact, according to the law of Moses, nearly everything was purified with blood. For without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness.
