What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?What then can we say in response to all this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Yet I have been the Lord your God Since the land of Egypt; And you were not to know any god except Me, For there is no savior besides Me.I am the Lord, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt. You know no God but me, nor any savior other than me.
So I will prove Myself great, show Myself holy, and make Myself known in the sight of many nations; and they will know that I am the Lord.I will, thereby, display my greatness and my holiness and make myself known to many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
Hear, Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one! And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.Hear, O Israel, the Lord, our God, is Lord alone. You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.
For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.However, God has revealed these things to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit explores everything, even the depths of God.
But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.But do not ignore this one fact, beloved: with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like one day.
Every person is to be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.Let everyone submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which derives from God, and whatever authorities exist have been instituted by God.
God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.God is faithful, and it is by him that you have been called into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains, The world, and those who live in it.The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, the world and all who live in it.
Then God said, “Let Us make mankind in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the livestock and over all the earth, and over every crawling thing that crawls on the earth.”And God said, “Let us make man in our image and likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the wild animals and reptiles that crawl upon the earth.”
You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.Adulterers! Do you not know that love of the world results in enmity with God? Therefore, whoever wishes to be a lover of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
I will rejoice and be jubilant in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.I will rejoice and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.
It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things; He knows what is in the darkness, And the light dwells with Him.He reveals deep and hidden mysteries and knows what lies in the darkness, for light dwells with him.
The Almighty—we cannot find Him; He is exalted in power And He will not violate justice and abundant righteousness.But the Almighty we cannot find; he is unequaled in power and judgment, and in his righteousness he will not violate justice.
For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?For who is God except the Lord? Who is a rock aside from our God?
But our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases.Our God is in heaven; he does whatever he pleases.
For a thousand years in Your sight Are like yesterday when it passes by, Or like a watch in the night.For to you a thousand years are like a yesterday that has passed or one of the watches of the night.
The One who builds His upper chambers in the heavens And has founded His vaulted dome over the earth, He who calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the face of the earth, The Lord is His name.He builds his upper chambers in the heavens and establishes his vault of the sky over the earth— the Lord is his name.
“And I will vindicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord,” declares the Lord God, “when I show Myself holy among you in their sight.”I intend to prove the holiness of my great name which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. Thus, the nations will know that I am the Lord, says the Lord God, when through you I will display my holiness in their sight.
And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among the people, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”And I heard a loud voice proclaim from the throne: “Behold, God’s dwelling is with mankind; he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and he will be their God, God-with-them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will no longer be death. Neither will there be any mourning or crying or pain, for the old order has passed away.”
And behold, a voice from the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”And a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of armies.This is the Lord’s message to Zerubbabel: Not by force, nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.
You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.You believe that there is one God. You do well to assert that. But even the demons believe and tremble.
And to love Him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is much more than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices.And ‘to love him with all your heart, and with all your understanding, and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself,’ is worth more than any burnt offerings and sacrifices.
