What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Yet I have been the Lord your God Since the land of Egypt; And you were not to know any god except Me, For there is no savior besides Me.But I have been the Lord your God ever since you came out of Egypt. You shall acknowledge no God but me, no Savior except me.
So I will prove Myself great, show Myself holy, and make Myself known in the sight of many nations; and they will know that I am the Lord.And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
Hear, Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one! And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.
Every person is to be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. Then God said, “Let Us make mankind in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the livestock and over all the earth, and over every crawling thing that crawls on the earth.”Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
I will rejoice and be jubilant in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High.
It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things; He knows what is in the darkness, And the light dwells with Him.He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.
The Almighty—we cannot find Him; He is exalted in power And He will not violate justice and abundant righteousness.The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power; in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress.
For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?For who is God besides the Lord? And who is the Rock except our God?
But our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases.Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.
For a thousand years in Your sight Are like yesterday when it passes by, Or like a watch in the night.A thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night.
The One who builds His upper chambers in the heavens And has founded His vaulted dome over the earth, He who calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the face of the earth, The Lord is His name.He builds his lofty palace in the heavens and sets its foundation on the earth; he calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the land— the Lord is his name.
“And I will vindicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord,” declares the Lord God, “when I show Myself holy among you in their sight.”I will show the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Sovereign Lord, when I am proved holy through you before their eyes.
And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among the people, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
And behold, a voice from the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”
This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of armies.This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.
You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.
And to love Him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is much more than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices.To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.
