| For this reason you must be ready as well; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will. | So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. |

| Now, little children, remain in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not draw back from Him in shame at His coming. | And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming. |
| Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. | Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. |

He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God. |
