| Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am the Lord. | And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord. |
| What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? | What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? |

| Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. | Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? | For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? | For who is God besides the Lord? And who is the Rock except our God? |
| As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him; He is excellent in power, In judgment and abundant justice; He does not oppress. | The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power; in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress. |

And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. | And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” | And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.” |

| You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! | You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder. |
| And to love Him with all the heart, with all the understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices. | To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices. |
