Hebrews - KJV & ESV

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”
Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
