But don’t be so concerned about perishable things like food. Spend your energy seeking the eternal life that the Son of Man can give you. For God the Father has given me the seal of his approval. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him the believers who have died. 1 Thessalonians 4:14	For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so too do we believe that God will bring forth with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. faith resurrection

What blessings await you when people hate you and exclude you and mock you and curse you as evil because you follow the Son of Man. For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing his glory. Colossians 1:27	To these God chose to make known how rich is the priceless glory that this mystery brings to the Gentiles—Christ in you, your hope of glory. evangelism hope

But God had mercy on me so that Christ Jesus could use me as a prime example of his great patience with even the worst sinners. For the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ. 2 Corinthians 1:5	For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so too, through Christ, do we receive our consolation. suffering comforter encouragement
Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne. Revelation 3:21	To anyone who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, as I myself overcame and sat with my Father on his throne. overcoming reward heaven

But now Jesus, our High Priest, has been given a ministry that is far superior to the old priesthood, for he is the one who mediates for us a far better covenant with God, based on better promises. Father, I want these whom you have given me to be with me where I am. Then they can see all the glory you gave me because you loved me even before the world began!
