For the Lord takes delight in his people, and he crowns the humble with salvation.

For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will glorify the lowly with salvation.

Yet, O Lord, you are our Father;
we are the clay and you are our potter;
all of us are the work of your hands.

Therefore, we can say with confidence:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not be afraid.
What can anyone do to me?”
