And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels.Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

House and wealth are inherited from fathers, but a prudent wife is from the Lord.House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the Lord.
Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband.Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.
For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.
Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior.Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, and favor is better than silver or gold.A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.
However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
You shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
