Behold, happy is the man whom God corrects. Therefore do not despise the chastening of the Almighty.How happy is the one whom God reproves; therefore do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.

And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of him.
You are alienated from Christ, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.You who want to be justified by the law have cut yourselves off from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself.In the same way, husbands should love their wives as they do their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
When you vow a vow to God, don’t defer to pay it; for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay that which you vow.When you make a vow to God, do not delay fulfilling it; for he has no pleasure in fools. Fulfill what you vow.
Jesus answered, “Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and Spirit, he can’t enter into God’s Kingdom.”Jesus answered, “Very truly, I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit.”
For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
Why do you set your eyes on that which is not? For it certainly sprouts wings like an eagle and flies in the sky.When your eyes light upon it, it is gone; for suddenly it takes wings to itself, flying like an eagle toward heaven.

Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.Each of you, however, should love his wife as himself, and a wife should respect her husband.
