| Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. | He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. |
| And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with which you were marked with a seal for the day of redemption. | And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. |

| I do not nullify the grace of God; for if justification comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing. | I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. |

| But the angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid; I know that you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for he has been raised, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.” | And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. |
| And the world and its desire are passing away, but those who do the will of God live forever. | And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. |
| May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ. | And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ. |
| Jesus answered, “Very truly, I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit.” | Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. |
| So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. | So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. |
| I press on toward the goal for the prize of the heavenly call of God in Christ Jesus. | I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. |
| For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. | For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. |
| The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with all of you. | The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen. |
| I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life. | These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. |
