He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned… 1 John 3:8

He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8	But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 3:21	And that water is a picture of baptism, which now saves you, not by removing dirt from your body, but as a response to God from a clean conscience. There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. Hebrews 4:9-10	So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. It is a snare for a man to devote rashly something as holy, And afterward to reconsider his vows. Proverbs 20:25	Don’t trap yourself by making a rash promise to God and only later counting the cost. holiness righteousness
