Burdens be lifted up (2/4)

A joyful heart is good medicine, But a broken spirit dries up the bones.A cheerful heart is a good medicine, but a downcast spirit dries up the bones.
So then, when the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.

The Lord opens the eyes of those who are blind; The Lord raises up those who are bowed down; The Lord loves the righteous.The Lord opens the eyes of the blind. The Lord lifts up those who are bowed down; the Lord loves the righteous.
But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, that is, Christ.But speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.
Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he grows older he will not abandon it.Train children in the right way, and when old, they will not stray.
Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification.Each of us must please our neighbor for the good purpose of building up the neighbor.
How great is Your goodness, Which You have stored up for those who fear You, Which You have performed for those who take refuge in You, Before the sons of mankind!O how abundant is your goodness that you have laid up for those who fear you, and accomplished for those who take refuge in you, in the sight of everyone!
Because Your favor is better than life, My lips will praise You. So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; I will lift up my hands and call on your name.
Let me hear Your faithfulness in the morning, For I trust in You; Teach me the way in which I should walk; For to You I lift up my soul.Let me hear of your steadfast love in the morning, for in you I put my trust. Teach me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.
And walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.And live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?He who did not withhold his own Son, but gave him up for all of us, will he not with him also give us everything else?
I will raise my eyes to the mountains; From where will my help come? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.I lift up my eyes to the hills— from where will my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I get up; You understand my thought from far away.O Lord, you have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up; you discern my thoughts from far away.
