| So God blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all the work that he had done in creation. | And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. |

For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but rested the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day and consecrated it. | Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
