| This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. | This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. |
| The heavens tell of the glory of God; And their expanse declares the work of His hands. Day to day pours forth speech, And night to night reveals knowledge. | The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. | And on that day you will say, “Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name. | ‘Return, faithless Israel,’ declares the Lord; ‘I will not look at you in anger. | That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. | That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. |
| “Can a person hide himself in hiding places So that I do not see him?” declares the Lord. “Do I not fill the heavens and the earth?” declares the Lord. | Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the Lord. |
| And I have made Your name known to them, and will make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them. | And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them. |
| A trustworthy witness will not lie, But a false witness declares lies. | A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies. |
| “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. | For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. |
| Now I make known to you, brothers and sisters, the gospel which I preached to you, which you also received, in which you also stand, by which you also are saved, if you hold firmly to the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. | Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. |
| My mouth is filled with Your praise And with Your glory all day long. | Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day. |
| “Return to Me,” declares the Lord of armies, “that I may return to you,” says the Lord of armies. | Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts. |

| “For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone who dies,” declares the Lord God. “Therefore, repent and live!” | For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye. |
| Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God. | Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. |
| “Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked,” declares the Lord God, “rather than that he would turn from his ways and live?” | Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return from his ways, and live? |
| ‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.’ | For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. |
| The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’ | He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. |
| So He declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to perform, that is, the Ten Commandments; and He wrote them on two tablets of stone. | And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone. |
| For it is written: “As I live, says the Lord, to Me every knee will bow, And every tongue will give praise to God.” | For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. |
| When God saw their deeds, that they turned from their evil way, then God relented of the disaster which He had declared He would bring on them. So He did not do it. | And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. |
| But the Scripture has confined everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. | But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. |
| “Therefore say to them, ‘This is what the Lord God says: “None of My words will be delayed any longer. | “No weapon that is formed against you will succeed; And you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord. |
