Jesus looked at them and said, “For mortals it is impossible, but not for God; for God all things are possible.”Jesus looked at them and said, “For men it is impossible, but not for God. For God all things are possible.”

For this very reason, you must make every effort to support your faith with goodness, and goodness with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with endurance, and endurance with godliness, and godliness with mutual affection, and mutual affection with love.In view of all this, you should make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with endurance, and endurance with piety, and piety with mutual affection, and mutual affection with love.

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.Examine me, O God, and know my heart; test me and understand my thoughts. See if I follow an evil way, and guide me on the way to eternity.
Of course, there is great gain in godliness combined with contentment.Godliness produces great gain, but only to those who are content.
If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.As much as possible, and to the extent of your ability, live in peace with everyone.
I sought the Lord, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he set me free from all my fears.
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and put a new and right spirit within me.Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a resolute spirit within me.
Happy are those who keep his decrees, who seek him with their whole heart.Blessed are those who observe his statutes and seek him with their whole heart.
Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever eats me will live because of me.Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so whoever feeds upon me will live because of me.
