Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.For the one who sows to his own flesh will reap destruction from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
For you know that God paid a ransom to save you from the empty life you inherited from your ancestors. And it was not paid with mere gold or silver, which lose their value. It was the precious blood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God.Knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ.
You must be holy because I, the Lord, am holy. I have set you apart from all other people to be my very own.So you are to be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy; and I have singled you out from the peoples to be Mine.
I have not departed from his commands, but have treasured his words more than daily food.I have not failed the command of His lips; I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food.
But test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good. Stay away from every kind of evil.But examine everything; hold firmly to that which is good, abstain from every form of evil.
But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Tainted wealth has no lasting value, but right living can save your life.Ill-gotten gains do not benefit, But righteousness rescues from death.
For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world.For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.
And then he added, “It is what comes from inside that defiles you. For from within, out of a person’s heart, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, envy, slander, pride, and foolishness. All these vile things come from within; they are what defile you.”And He was saying, “That which comes out of the person, that is what defiles the person. For from within, out of the hearts of people, come the evil thoughts, acts of sexual immorality, thefts, murders, acts of adultery, deeds of greed, wickedness, deceit, indecent behavior, envy, slander, pride, and foolishness. All these evil things come from within and defile the person.”
For the Lord your God is gracious and merciful. If you return to him, he will not continue to turn his face from you.For the Lord your God is gracious and compassionate, and will not turn His face away from you if you return to Him.
“Abba, Father,” he cried out, “everything is possible for you. Please take this cup of suffering away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.”Abba! Father! All things are possible for You; remove this cup from Me; yet not what I will, but what You will.
So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ.So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
Then the Lord God said, “Look, the human beings have become like us, knowing both good and evil. What if they reach out, take fruit from the tree of life, and eat it? Then they will live forever!” So the Lord God banished them from the Garden of Eden, and he sent Adam out to cultivate the ground from which he had been made.Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might reach out with his hand, and take fruit also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— therefore the Lord God sent him out of the Garden of Eden, to cultivate the ground from which he was taken.

When God raised up his servant, Jesus, he sent him first to you people of Israel, to bless you by turning each of you back from your sinful ways.God raised up His Servant for you first, and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways.
You must serve only the Lord your God. If you do, I will bless you with food and water, and I will protect you from illness.And you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water; and I will remove sickness from your midst.
Before the mountains were born, before you gave birth to the earth and the world, from beginning to end, you are God.Before the mountains were born Or You gave birth to the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.
Do you think that I like to see wicked people die? says the Sovereign Lord. Of course not! I want them to turn from their wicked ways and live.“Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked,” declares the Lord God, “rather than that he would turn from his ways and live?”
Give to anyone who asks; and when things are taken away from you, don’t try to get them back.Give to everyone who asks of you, and whoever takes away what is yours, do not demand it back.
If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Who has done such mighty deeds, summoning each new generation from the beginning of time? It is I, the Lord, the First and the Last. I alone am he.Who has performed and accomplished it, Summoning the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the Lord, am the first, and with the last. I am He.’
Be careful then, dear brothers and sisters. Make sure that your own hearts are not evil and unbelieving, turning you away from the living God.Take care, brothers and sisters, that there will not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God.

Above all, you must realize that no prophecy in Scripture ever came from the prophet’s own understanding, or from human initiative. No, those prophets were moved by the Holy Spirit, and they spoke from God.For no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
