Bible Verses about 'Given'

And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us.By this we know that we remain in Him and He in us, because He has given to us of His Spirit.
We are witnesses of these things and so is the Holy Spirit, who is given by God to those who obey him.And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.
Father, I want these whom you have given me to be with me where I am. There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among mankind by which we must be saved.
Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
I have given them to you for food, just as I have given you grain and vegetables. If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

But the Scriptures declare that we are all prisoners of sin, so we receive God’s promise of freedom only by believing in Jesus Christ.But the Scripture has confined everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
You have given me your shield of victory. Your right hand supports me; your help has made me great. You have made a wide path for my feet to keep them from slipping.You have also given me the shield of Your salvation, And Your right hand upholds me; And Your gentleness makes me great. You enlarge my steps under me, And my feet have not slipped.
And we know that the Son of God has come, and he has given us understanding so that we can know the true God. And now we live in fellowship with the true God because we live in fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ. He is the only true God, and he is eternal life.And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
I will never forget your commandments, for by them you give me life.I will never forget Your precepts, For by them You have revived me.
But someone who does not know, and then does something wrong, will be punished only lightly. When someone has been given much, much will be required in return; and when someone has been entrusted with much, even more will be required.But the one who did not know it, and committed acts deserving of a beating, will receive only a few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.
And it is a good thing to receive wealth from God and the good health to enjoy it. To enjoy your work and accept your lot in life—this is indeed a gift from God.Furthermore, as for every person to whom God has given riches and wealth, He has also given him the opportunity to enjoy them and to receive his reward and rejoice in his labor; this is the gift of God.
But who am I, and who are my people, that we could give anything to you? Everything we have has come from you, and we give you only what you first gave us!But who am I and who are my people that we should be able to offer as generously as this? For all things come from You, and from Your hand we have given to You.
Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.
For I have given rest to the weary and joy to the sorrowing.For I give plenty of water to the weary ones, and refresh everyone who languishes.

You must diligently obey the commands of the Lord your God—all the laws and decrees he has given you.You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and His provisions and His statutes which He has commanded you.
