Good faith (2/4)

Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.Let no one regard you with contempt because of your youth, but serve as an example to the believers in your speech and conduct, in your love, your faith, and your purity.
Behold, his soul is puffed up; it is not upright within him, but the righteous shall live by his faith.The proud man’s heart is not upright, but the righteous man will live because of his faith.
Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.Let your love be sincere. Loathe what is evil and hold fast to what is good.

So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.Turn away from youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, together with those who call on the Lord with a pure heart.

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.The love of money is the root of all evils, and in their desire for it some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many serious wounds.

We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing.Brethren, we must always give thanks to God for you, and it is only right that we do so. For your faith grows ever more, and the love that all of you have for one another continues to increase.
And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.If I have the gift of prophecy and the ability to understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and have all the faith necessary to move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
