HEBREWS 10:23 (2/2)

And having been perfected, He became the source of eternal salvation for all those who obey Him.And having been made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him.
Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, of instruction about washings and laying on of hands, and about the resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment.Therefore let us go on toward perfection, leaving behind the basic teaching about Christ, and not laying again the foundation: repentance from dead works and faith toward God, instruction about baptisms, laying on of hands, resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.
For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, by having served and by still serving the saints.For God is not unjust; he will not overlook your work and the love that you showed for his sake in serving the saints, as you still do.
Therefore He is also able to save forever those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.Consequently he is able for all time to save those who approach God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.
But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, to the extent that He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.But Jesus has now obtained a more excellent ministry, and to that degree he is the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted through better promises.
For I will be merciful toward their wrongdoings, And their sins I will no longer remember.For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more.
How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to worship the living God!
For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the violations that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.For this reason he is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, because a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions under the first covenant.
And almost all things are cleansed with blood, according to the Law, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.
So Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him.So Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.

Bible verse of the day

As for God, His way is blameless;
The word of the Lord is refined;
He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.
