Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.And without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.”The scripture says, “No one who believes in him will be put to shame.”
God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.
Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. The Lord redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned.
Blessed are those who keep his statutes, who seek him with their whole heart.Happy are those who keep his decrees, who seek him with their whole heart.
Oh taste and see that Yahweh is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.O taste and see that the Lord is good; happy are those who take refuge in him.
He answered them, “He who has two coats, let him give to him who has none. He who has food, let him do likewise.”In reply he said to them, “Whoever has two coats must share with anyone who has none; and whoever has food must do likewise.”
Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him just as he is. Everyone who has this hope set on him purifies himself, even as he is pure.Beloved, we are God's children now; what we will be has not yet been revealed. What we do know is this: when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him as he is. And all who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.
Every word of God is flawless. He is a shield to those who take refuge in him.Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never thirst again; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life. But those who drink of the water that I will give them will never be thirsty. The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.
Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I don’t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven.”Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, if another member of the church sins against me, how often should I forgive? As many as seven times?” Jesus said to him, “Not seven times, but, I tell you, seventy-seven times.”
He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood lives in me, and I in him. Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me, and I in them.
Peter therefore was kept in the prison, but constant prayer was made by the assembly to God for him. While Peter was kept in prison, the church prayed fervently to God for him.
Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Are any among you sick? They should call for the elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up; and anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven.

If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him. If he sins against you seven times in the day, and seven times returns, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.If another disciple sins, you must rebuke the offender, and if there is repentance, you must forgive. And if the same person sins against you seven times a day, and turns back to you seven times and says, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive.

He who keeps his commandments remains in him, and he in him. By this we know that he remains in us, by the Spirit which he gave us.All who obey his commandments abide in him, and he abides in them. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit that he has given us.
Behold, Yahweh’s eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness.Truly the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love.
By this we know that we remain in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
