For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake, you will save it.
Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in his ways!How joyful are those who fear the Lord— all who follow his ways!
Whoever keeps the commandment keeps his life; he who despises his ways will die.Keep the commandments and keep your life; despising them leads to death.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name!Let all that I am praise the Lord; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.
With his mouth the godless man would destroy his neighbor, but by knowledge the righteous are delivered.With their words, the godless destroy their friends, but knowledge will rescue the righteous.
The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.All who are victorious will be clothed in white. I will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before my Father and his angels that they are mine.
And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing.
He who walks blamelessly and does what is right and speaks truth in his heart; who does not slander with his tongue and does no evil to his neighbor, nor takes up a reproach against his friend.Those who lead blameless lives and do what is right, speaking the truth from sincere hearts. Those who refuse to gossip or harm their neighbors or speak evil of their friends.
You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear him and keep his commandments and obey his voice, and you shall serve him and hold fast to him.Serve only the Lord your God and fear him alone. Obey his commands, listen to his voice, and cling to him.

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.
Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart.Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.
The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and his ears toward their cry.The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right; his ears are open to their cries for help.
For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation.For the Lord delights in his people; he crowns the humble with victory.

So then, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God, for whoever has entered God's rest has also rested from his works as God did from his.So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world.
Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise! No one can measure his greatness.
A wise son makes a glad father, but a foolish son is a sorrow to his mother.A wise child brings joy to a father; a foolish child brings grief to a mother.
If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.If you will listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his sight, obeying his commands and keeping all his decrees, then I will not make you suffer any of the diseases I sent on the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you.

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.
If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you today, by loving the Lord your God, by walking in his ways, and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and his rules, then you shall live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land that you are entering to take possession of it.For I command you this day to love the Lord your God and to keep his commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in his ways. If you do this, you will live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you and the land you are about to enter and occupy.
His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence.By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.
