| For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. | For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. |
| Does he who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you do so by works of the law, or by hearing with faith? | He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? |
