Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God, instruction about cleansing rites, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.
Who “will render to each one according to his deeds”God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”
And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.Therefore, with minds that are alert and fully sober, set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed at his coming.
Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.

From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”
He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.” Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.
I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, saying, “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.”Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed.”
For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.And every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”

Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
