Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

I came from the Father and have come into the world, and now I am leaving the world and going to the Father.I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.
I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
I made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known, that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them. And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.

For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.
