John 16:33 (2/4)

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world but in order that the world might be saved through him.For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe in him already stands condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only-begotten Son of God.Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
However, whoever lives by the truth comes to the light so that it may be clearly seen that his deeds have been done in God.But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.
He must increase; I must decrease. He must become greater; I must become less.
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not believe in the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God rests upon him.Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.
But whoever drinks the water that I will give him will never be thirsty. The water that I will give him will become a spring of water within him welling up to eternal life. But whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.
God is Spirit, and those who worship him must worship in Spirit and truth.God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.
Do not work for food that perishes but for the food that endures for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For it is on him that God the Father has set his seal.Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.
Jesus replied, “This is the work of God: to believe in the one whom he has sent.”Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”
Jesus answered them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”
I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world.I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
Whoever feeds upon my flesh and drinks my blood dwells in me and I dwell in him.Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them.
Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so whoever feeds upon me will live because of me.Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.
What then if you were to behold the Son of Man ascend to where he was before? Then what if you see the Son of Man ascend to where he was before!
Jesus answered them, “My teaching is not my own; rather, it comes from him who sent me.”Jesus answered, “My teaching is not my own. It comes from the one who sent me.”
Jesus then said, “I will remain with you only for a short time longer, and then I shall return to him who sent me.”Jesus said, “I am with you for only a short time, and then I am going to the one who sent me.”
On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.”On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink.”
Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, ‘Streams of living water shall flow from within him.’Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.
Jesus addressed them once again, saying, “I am the light of the world. The one who follows me will never walk in darkness. Rather, he will have the light of life.”When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
Then Jesus said to those Jews who did believe in him, “If you remain faithful to my word, you will truly be my disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Jesus replied, “Amen, amen, I say to you, everyone who sins is a slave of sin.”Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin.”
Therefore, if the Son sets you free, you then will truly be free.So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
You are from your father, the devil, and you choose to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and he does not abide by the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks in accord with his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
I am the gate. Anyone who enters through me will be saved. He will go in and out and will find pasture.I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture.
A thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it in abundance. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one will ever snatch them from my hand. My Father who has given them to me is greater than all, and no one can snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.
