For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and that is what we are. Ever since the creation of the world his eternal power and divine nature, invisible though they are, have been understood and seen through the things he has made. So they are without excuse.

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.
