I have chosen the faithful way; I have placed Your judgments before me.I have chosen to be faithful; I have determined to live by your regulations.
I will give thanks to You with uprightness of heart, When I learn Your righteous judgments.As I learn your righteous regulations, I will thank you by living as I should!
Oh, the depth of the riches, both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways!Oh, how great are God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his ways!
Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, Lord, We have waited for You eagerly; Your name, and remembering You, is the desire of our souls.Lord, we show our trust in you by obeying your laws; our heart’s desire is to glorify your name.
The sum of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments is everlasting.The very essence of your words is truth; all your just regulations will stand forever.
At night my soul longs for You, Indeed, my spirit within me seeks You diligently; For when the earth experiences Your judgments, The inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.In the night I search for you; in the morning I earnestly seek you. For only when you come to judge the earth will people learn what is right.
In that I am commanding you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, so that you may live and become numerous, and that the Lord your God may bless you in the land where you are entering to take possession of it.For I command you this day to love the Lord your God and to keep his commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in his ways. If you do this, you will live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you and the land you are about to enter and occupy.
And I will put My Spirit within you and bring it about that you walk in My statutes, and are careful and follow My ordinances.And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations.
We have sinned, we have done wrong, and acted wickedly and rebelled, even turning aside from Your commandments and ordinances.But we have sinned and done wrong. We have rebelled against you and scorned your commands and regulations.
This is what the Lord of armies has said: ‘Dispense true justice and practice kindness and compassion each to his brother; and do not oppress the widow or the orphan, the stranger or the poor; and do not devise evil in your hearts against one another.’This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: Judge fairly, and show mercy and kindness to one another. Do not oppress widows, orphans, foreigners, and the poor. And do not scheme against each other.
I am the Lord your God; walk in My statutes and keep My ordinances and follow them. Sanctify My Sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between Me and you, so that you may know that I am the Lord your God.‘I am the Lord your God,’ I told them. ‘Follow my decrees, pay attention to my regulations, and keep my Sabbath days holy, for they are a sign to remind you that I am the Lord your God.’
Open your mouth, judge righteously, And defend the rights of the poor and needy.Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice.
Do your duty to the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His ordinances, and His testimonies, according to what is written in the Law of Moses, so that you may succeed in all that you do and wherever you turn.Observe the requirements of the Lord your God, and follow all his ways. Keep the decrees, commands, regulations, and laws written in the Law of Moses so that you will be successful in all you do and wherever you go.
Now then, let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be careful about what you do, for the Lord our God will have no part in injustice or partiality, or in the taking of a bribe.Fear the Lord and judge with integrity, for the Lord our God does not tolerate perverted justice, partiality, or the taking of bribes.
