| There are those who covet greedily all day long; but the righteous give and don’t withhold. | He coveteth greedily all the day long: but the righteous giveth and spareth not. |

| For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off. | For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. |
| Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. | Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. |

| Yahweh is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness. | The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. |
| God, you are my God. I will earnestly seek you. My soul thirsts for you. My flesh longs for you, in a dry and weary land, where there is no water. | O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is. |
| For your great loving kindness reaches to the heavens, and your truth to the skies. | For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds. |
| For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, abundant in loving kindness to all those who call on you. | For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. |
