| You may say to yourself, “How can we recognize a word that the Lord has not spoken?” If a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord but the thing does not take place or prove true, it is a word that the Lord has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; do not be frightened by it. | And if you say in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’— when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him. |
| So God blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all the work that he had done in creation. | Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made. |

| Let everything that breathes praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! | Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord! |
| For he will repay according to each one's deeds. | Who “will render to each one according to his deeds” |
| But whenever you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you. | But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. |
