| Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. | For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. | For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God. | For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world. |
