Bible Verses about 'Master'

I tell you the truth, slaves are not greater than their master. Nor is the messenger more important than the one who sends the message.Truly, truly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.
The master was full of praise. ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!’His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’
Who are you to condemn someone else’s servants? Their own master will judge whether they stand or fall. And with the Lord’s help, they will stand and receive his approval.Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand.
I said to the Lord, “You are my Master! Every good thing I have comes from you.”I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good apart from you.”
Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace. For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.
Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ.Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money. No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.
You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and you are right, because that’s what I am.You call me Teacher and Lord, and you are right, for so I am.
Slaves must always obey their masters and do their best to please them. They must not talk back or steal, but must show themselves to be entirely trustworthy and good. Then they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive in every way.Bondservants are to be submissive to their own masters in everything; they are to be well-pleasing, not argumentative, not pilfering, but showing all good faith, so that in everything they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior.
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
And since I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash each other’s feet.If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.
You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is good for you. And even though “I am allowed to do anything,” I must not become a slave to anything.“All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be dominated by anything.
All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize.Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.
