It is not this way among you, but whoever wants to become prominent among you shall be your servant, and whoever desires to be first among you shall be your slave.It will not be so among you; but whoever wishes to be great among you must be your servant, and whoever wishes to be first among you must be your slave.
Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.Just as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.
Now the crowds going ahead of Him, and those who followed, were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David; Blessed is the One who comes in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest!”The crowds that went ahead of him and that followed were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest heaven!”
And Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it will happen.”Jesus answered them, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done.”
And whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive it all.Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.
And He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’And a second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
But the one who endures to the end is the one who will be saved.But the one who endures to the end will be saved.
This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.And this good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the world, as a testimony to all the nations; and then the end will come.
So if they say to you, ‘Behold, He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Behold, He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe them. For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.So, if they say to you, ‘Look! He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look! He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.Keep awake therefore, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.
For this reason you must be ready as well; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an unexpected hour.
His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter the joy of your master.’His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and trustworthy slave; you have been trustworthy in a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’
Now while they were eating, Jesus took some bread, and after a blessing, He broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.”While they were eating, Jesus took a loaf of bread, and after blessing it he broke it, gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.”
And when He had taken a cup and given thanks, He gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you; for this is My blood of the covenant, which is being poured out for many for forgiveness of sins.”Then he took a cup, and after giving thanks he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you; for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”
Keep watching and praying, so that you do not come into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.Stay awake and pray that you may not come into the time of trial; the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
Or do you think that I cannot appeal to My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels?Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father, and he will at once send me more than twelve legions of angels?
And they stripped Him and put a red cloak on Him. And after twisting together a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and put a reed in His right hand; and they knelt down before Him and mocked Him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him, and after twisting some thorns into a crown, they put it on his head. They put a reed in his right hand and knelt before him and mocked him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
And above His head they put up the charge against Him which read, “THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.”Over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
And the angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid; for I know that you are looking for Jesus who has been crucified. He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said. Come, see the place where He was lying.”But the angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid; I know that you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for he has been raised, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.”
Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. Now the birth of Jesus the Messiah was as follows: when His mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be pregnant by the Holy Spirit.Now the birth of Jesus the Messiah took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been engaged to Joseph, but before they lived together, she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.
But when he had thought this over, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for the Child who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.”But just when he had resolved to do this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for the child conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.”
She will give birth to a Son; and you shall name Him Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.She will bear a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.

Now all this took place so that what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet would be fulfilled: “Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a Son, and they shall name Him Immanuel,” which translated means, “God with us.”All this took place to fulfill what had been spoken by the Lord through the prophet: “Look, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel,” which means, “God is with us.”
