Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine, and acts on them, will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. But Jesus said, “Leave the children alone, and do not forbid them to come to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14	But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them. For what good will it do a person if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his soul? Or what will a person give in exchange for his soul? Matthew 16:26	What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his very life? Or what can he give in exchange for his life? materialism life soul
This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14	And the good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the entire world as a testimony offered to all the nations. And then the end will come. evangelism end times kingdom
And when you are praying, do not use thoughtless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard because of their many words. Matthew 6:7	When you pray do not go on babbling endlessly as the pagans do, for they believe that they are more likely to be heard because of their many words. speaking prayer thoughts
Now if your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have gained your brother. Matthew 18:15	If your brother wrongs you, go and take up the matter with him when the two of you are alone. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. sin speaking listening
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father, who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Now while they were eating, Jesus took some bread, and after a blessing, He broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.” Matthew 26:26	While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after he had pronounced the blessing, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take this and eat; this is my body.” bread body Jesus
For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke of a letter shall pass from the Law, until all is accomplished! Jesus said to him, “If you want to be complete, go and sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.” Matthew 19:21	Jesus replied, “If you wish to be perfect, go, sell your possessions, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. And if he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, he is to be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector. It is not this way among you, but whoever wants to become prominent among you shall be your servant, and whoever desires to be first among you shall be your slave. Matthew 20:26-27	This must not be so with you. Instead, whoever wishes to be great among you must be your servant, and whoever wishes to be first among you must be your servant. humility serving neighbor
Look at the birds of the sky, that they do not sow, nor reap, nor gather crops into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more important than they? But as for you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door, and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
