I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one.

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one.Therefore concerning the eating of things offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one.
